Welcome to FinallWay. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website at FinallWay.com and the services, products, and goods provided by FinallWay.

By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Services, Products, and Goods

We offer three types of offerings:

• Professional services such as bookkeeping and planning sessions;
• Digital products including guides, templates, and tutorials;
• Physical goods like binders and print materials.

3. Payment and Reimbursement Policy

3.1 Services

Clients may request to reschedule a booked service at least 7 days before the scheduled date by submitting a request via contact form. Approved reschedules will be confirmed via email. For cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the session, a full reimbursement will be processed.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the session are eligible for a 50% reimbursement. Services involving bespoke digital consultation delivered immediately upon purchase are nonrefundable due to the instant provision of materials and exclusivity of preparation.

3.2 Digital Products

Digital products may be downloaded immediately upon purchase. You may request a reimbursement within 30 days if the digital file is defective or unusable. All valid reimbursement requests will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days of approval.

3.3 Goods

For physical goods, please inspect items upon receipt. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 10 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days after we receive the item you send back. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on FinallWay.com are owned by or licensed to FinallWay. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

FinallWay is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific offering.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on our site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
